Jessica Appleton

Hello, I’m Jessica Appleton, LCPC

Making the decision to begin therapy can bring up many different emotions. For some, it can give them a feeling of empowerment as they begin to reclaim control of their lives. For others,
it can bring up unresolved feelings and trauma. I am a licensed clinical professional counselor and have 10 years of experience. I have worked with adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses, and individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and daily life stressors. I also have training in crisis management and risk reduction
for individuals who are having suicidal thoughts. I use an integrated and holistic approach during therapy and support individuals find meaning and purpose in their lives.

I am passionate about assisting individuals with getting “unstuck” in patterns and relationships that no longer serve them. I meet individuals where they are at in their journey in life and provide tools and guidance to help move them along to become the best authentic version of themselves.
