Imposter syndrome

Imposter syndrome can be a challenging mental hurdle to move past. The idea that you dont have what it takes to do your job, be in certain spaces or go after your dreams can be overwhelming and sometimes paralyzing.

 

I often work with clients on challenging these beliefs and making sure that we’re not readily accepting anxious thoughts as reality. One quick way to do that is through affirmations. Affirmations are an excellent way to affirm the reality and challenge the anxious thoughts!

So next time you feel doubt and anxiety creeping in, be intentional with your Affirmations!
