Happy Monday! Control

As we move into the new week ahead, one reliable way to reduce feelings of anxiety is to remember what is, and isn’t within our realm of control. When we focus heavily on trying to control the external things/people, we often find ourselves anxious and feeling overwhelmed. But, when you are able to focus inwardly, then you can notice the ways YOU can impact whatever situation you’re dealing with.
