Sometimes your life feels too big, too hard, too scary, or too lonely to handle. You may find yourself constantly worrying about something or someone, including yourself. You might be unable to feel the joy you used to have. Perhaps the root of your difficult feelings is big changes in your life, whether expected or unexpected. Or maybe your struggle is a signal to take better care of yourself.
Whatever the reason, you are now wanting to grow, discover new aspects of yourself, and to find your strength. I have been professionally helping people do just this for the last ten years.
Much of my work has been with people who have been historically underserved. Assisting those I work with develop the tools they need in order to live their best life is my passion. I offer a Christian perspective to those who are in need of a religious approach.
In our therapy, we will develop a collaborative relationship to help move you toward recovery from pain, fear, addiction, etc.
I will always respect you and listen to you. I want you to feel safe and protected so you can be yourself both while with me and in your life.
